We have known Christopher and his family for a very long time and have watched him grow up into a young man. We are always honored when friends of ours ask us to take their senior pictures. Christopher has so much to be proud of and has accomplished a lot during his lifetime and in high school.
He is graduating in the top 10% of his class from Mesquite High school and will be attending Texas A&M University. Kids going to A&M is something we love to hear, since Brandon is a former student, Class of ’06, WHOOP! Christopher also became an Eagle Scout this year, which is another great achievement.
We wish you all the best Christopher and hope you have a wonderful time in College Station. We look forward to seeing what God continues to do in your life.

I had the privilege to meet and take pictures of an amazing family. The Stewart family is from Oklahoma and asked me to come capture their sweet little girl Emma and the rest of their family. Emma’s mommy and daddy are currently living in Dallas due to Emma having been in the hospital since birth. Emma has Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, which effects approximately 4 in 10,000 babies.
This family was so amazing and so loving that the second I walked into the room, I felt the love and support this family had for each other and for sweet little Emma. Emma was full of joy and had a smile to just melt your heart. There are times when you feel the presence of the Lord and as a stepped back to capture this family, I felt His presence and comfort, which I know this family leans on everyday.
Emma had just gotten moved from the ICU to a regular room, which she had been in for 6 months prior to the last few days. The doctors also allowed Emma to go outside for 30 minutes to have her picture taken. Not only was this a huge milestone but she was also able to get off her oxygen. Emma was amazing during her photo shoot and defiantly was a little model. The rest of the family was such a joy to be around and it was a true honor to have met and be around this family for a few hours.
Please check out Emma’s blog. You can help out in any way you feel led. I know this family would love any love and support! emmajanae.blogspot.com

We love taking newborn pictures and sibling pictures, they capture so much love. This family was so sweet and wonderful to work with. They have 3 children and each of them are beautiful, well behaved and caring. The middle child is the best though, I am being biased here only because her name is Autumn. I am never around any other Autumn’s so it was challenging at first to figure out who the mom was talking to when she started the sentence off as Autumn. It was also different calling someone else your name, I don’t really ever run into this, so it was a new thing for me! Their oldest daughter was an angel! She helped out and played with the kids the entire time. When it was her turn in front of the camera she was just beautiful! Their little boy Levi, who was just a little over a month old was such a cutie! He did such a great job and I just loved the hat and diaper cover on this little guy!

I love my best friend and her entire family! When they asked me to take their family pictures in the bluebonnets, I was honored and so excited. Being around them always brings a smile to my face. People who love you and love your child like their very own is something I cherish and the Nelson family does just that for me and my family. The bluebonnets were beautiful and so is this family, so capturing great pictures of both of these things wasn’t too difficult.
